If you are a new Guest of SIR, we will call for a credit card to hold your appointment.

Arrive:
At least 15 minutes before your appointment time to check-in, change and enjoy your full, scheduled treatment time.

Cancellation:
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 12 Hours Advanced Notice, or FULL charges will be processed.
