UNITED STATES:
- Standard Delivery
on all orders is charged at a flat shipping fee of only $5.95 per order destination, and sent via "USPS Priority Mail".
- Express Delivery
is available for $32. Please select "USPS Express Mail" as the Delivery Method in the drop down box during checkout. Orders must be received by 10am US Central, Monday through Friday, to ensure next day delivery.
- Delivery to a PO Box or APO address?
Yes, we can do it. USPS Priority will deliver directly to your PO Box or APO address at either standard or express delivery rates you select.
CANADA:
- Global Priority Delivery to Canada is available for a flat fee of $18. This shipping method will be automatically applied during the checkout process based on your "Country" selection.
UNITED KINGDOM AND OTHER GLOBAL LOCATIONS:
- Delivery to UK, Europe and Australia is available. SIR Spa uses International Priority shipping to deliver your order to the United Kingdom (UK), and other European destinations for US $32. This shipping method will be automatically applied during the checkout process based on your "Country" selection.
- For delivery to other locations, simply contact us by email and we’ll give you pricing right away for other cross-border shipping if available.
General Delivery Information
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are processed within 24 hours from the time of purchase Monday-Friday. Weekend and Holiday orders are processed and shipped the following business day.
Deliveries within the United States typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days from the day they are shipped. Global Priority deliveries to other destinations typically arrive between 7 and 14 days, depending on customs processing time. During the December holidays, delivery time may be a bit longer.
Risk of Loss
All goods purchased from SIRSPA.com are bound to shipment agreements with delivery carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for the goods you purchase passes to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
