SIR Spa and our vendors guarantee the quality of the products you purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any product you order, you may return it to us. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and will be fully refunded as long as the product is unused or at least 75% full, is returned with the original invoice, and is sent postage paid. Additionally, please briefly indicate to us why you are returning the product. Products can be sent to the following return address:
